Half-Demolished Factory

Two summers ago on my Vacant Stores blog, I lamented the destruction of this great old building in Russell, KY. Had I known they were going to tear it down, I would have made some sort of bid or proposal to put it to good use and keep it intact. David Dominé, in a comment posted to my blog, identified the deceased as the National Tobacco Works.

Two years later, not only has nothing been done with the property, they still haven't even finished tearing it down - it remains in a disastrous half-demolished state, with its weakened remnants of walls posing a danger to pedestrians passing by.

Hey, if y'all aren't going to do anything with this property, can I have it? You obviously aren't using it.
